We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all charges incurred. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for yearly subscriptions under any circumstances. For monthly subscriptions, a 25% refund is available if requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to team@ninjachat.ai. Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original method of payment.
The content, features, and functionality of Ninjachat.ai are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as incidental to normal web browsing.
